Meet Hannah Jenkins
Registered Paediatric Dietician
Hello! I'm Hannah Jenkins, a qualified paediatric dietitian with a passion for helping children thrive through the power of good nutrition.
With over a decade of experience, I can truly say that I love what I do and have learned how to best support families like yours. I first earned my BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen back in 2011, and since then, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients within the NHS and private sector. For the past 10 years, I've specialised in paediatrics, including 7 rewarding years at a children’s hospital in Edinburgh. More recently, I've been working remotely, connecting with children and their families to offer personalised nutritional care, right from their own homes. Whether it’s managing allergies, guiding weight management, providing nutritional support, or helping with home enteral feeding, breastfeeding, or baby weaning - I’m here to support your child’s health and well-being, every step of the way!
Working together
and what to expect
When partnering with a paediatric dietitian like me, here are five things you can look forward to:

Comprehensive Assessments
01
We’ll begin with a thorough review of your child’s health, dietary habits, and any medical conditions - see it as a friendly conversation and the perfect time to share your challenges, worries, and hopes. I’m here to listen!
02
Personalized Nutrition Plans
03
Your child is unique - that’s why I’ll create tailored meal plans and dietary recommendations that are specific to their needs, whether it’s for managing allergies, supporting growth, or tackling other nutritional concerns.
Practical Advice
Expect clear, easy-to-follow tips that fit seamlessly into your family’s routine, making healthy eating simple and enjoyable for everyone!
04
Education and Empowerment
Finding the "right" information online can be confusing with so many "experts" out there. As a qualified professional, I’m here to provide you with reliable knowledge and tools, grounded in the latest research and guidelines in paediatric nutrition, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
05
Ongoing Support and Guidance
Navigating dietary changes can be challenging, but I’m here to provide continuous support and understanding. With regular follow-ups, we can monitor progress, make adjustments, answer any questions, and celebrate successes!
